Sea Level ScubaIce Diver Specialty Class$225.00 |
| The following class is being offered in the month of February for $225.00 price. You must sign up for the class in January, pay the class cost and workbook cost. The classroom will be in late January or early February. I must have at lease two students (no one on one instruction). My unique way of teaching is small class sizes with lots of personal attention. Two students are the max in water students for this class. If we have four students we will make two dives on day one and two dives on day two. If you want to really learn a specialty class this is your opportunity to learn it in a small class with lots of personal attention at a fair cost. I recommend you compare what I’m offering with other dive shops in the area. Be persistent and ask them exactly what you will be getting then compare it to what I’m offering. Ice Diver Specialty: Ice diving can be a serene and beautiful aspect of Scuba diving. As a winter activity, ice diving offers the diver the opportunity to enjoy sport diving year round. Diving under ice presents hazards not common to the Open Water Diver and special training is required. The purpose of this course is to acquaint the diver with many of the hazards associated with ice diving and how to plan and execute an ice dive The dives for this class will be held on February 4th and 5th 2012. The classroom will be a week or two before the actual dives.
The Ice Diver Specialty cost: $225.00 for class. $29.00 for workbook. This includes classroom, 2 training dives under ice and C-card upon successfully completion of the class. Any student who signs up for this class will get a 10% discount on any gear he or she purchases that is needed for this class. Gear does not need to be purchased until you start the class. To qualify for this class: You must be OWD certified, be 18 years of age. You must be equipped with redundant air sources. You must be diving in a drysuit.
